Any document you capture and we parse — a photo, an uploaded PDF, or an email you forward to your private Crumbli address. Each parsed document counts as one receipt against your monthly (or annual) included amount.

No. The Business plan includes unlimited users — you pay one base price per business entity plus usage, so you can invite your whole team, your bookkeeper, and your accountant at no extra cost. The Educator plan is a single-teacher workspace at one flat annual price.

Nothing stops working. Receipts past your included amount are billed as usage at $0.05 each on monthly plans, or $0.04 each on annual plans, and added to your next invoice. You only pay for what you actually scan.

Each business you track is its own organization in Crumbli, billed separately. A sole proprietor or single company is one entity. A dedicated firm workspace for accountants and bookkeepers — billed per client organization they manage — is coming soon.

Yes — the Business plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and the Educator plan with a 14-day trial. While the educator launch offer is running you get both: the trial first, then the discounted first year when it ends. The Educator card above shows the current offer. Educators start with no credit card at all — add one when you decide to stay, and until you do the workspace simply pauses at the end of the trial. On Business, your card is collected at checkout but nothing is charged until the trial is over, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Teachers and early childhood educators employed in Canada, who can claim the CRA Eligible Educator School Supply Tax Credit — 25% of up to $1,000 of classroom supplies, refundable, so up to $250 back even if you owe no tax. Crumbli flags which purchases qualify and tracks your running total against the ceiling. Pick "Educator" when you create your workspace.

You pay $96 up front for the year (a 20% discount versus monthly) and get 2,400 included receipts for the year. Any receipts beyond that are billed at the discounted $0.04 each.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can always export your data.
